Details of our charges are fully available and an enquiry may be made without obligation and in the strictest confidence. We offer a standard coffin crafted by Brandnam Joinery but we also have a range of other coffins available.
We also offer Funeral Plans that can be customised to your needs.
Price List
Collecting deceased, during office hours, from their home address, hospital or nursing home within a 40-mile radius of Saxmundham to our Chapel of Rest.
To supplying an oak veneered coffin complete with furniture, inscribed breastplate and internal furnishings etc.
To supplying a hearse and 4 bearers.
To arranging various details in connection with a funeral service at a local Church/Crematorium/Cemetery.
If two additional bearers required = £80.00
Out of office hours call out = £160.00
Out of office hours viewing in our Chapel of Rest = £50.00
Church*/Chapel/Hall Fees = £228+
Local Burial Fees (Gravedigger) = £450-£996* (*East Suffolk Council charge)
Crematorium Fee (attended service) = £1,025+
Funeral Directors Fee = £1,260.00
Crematorium Fee (Seven Hills) = £485.00
Doctor Fee (Cremation Form) = £82.00 (if applicable)
Additional Mileage (price per mile) = £2
Unless a special request, ashes will be collected from 72 hours after the cremation and brought back to the Funeral Parlour = No Charge.
Funeral Officiant (minister/celebrant/humanist etc..) = Prices on request.
